Wedding Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that permission has been obtained from the church/venue officials to allow filming to take place at that location. Sibson Images are not responsible for any extra charges this may require and these are not part of the video package costs.

Any special music required as a backing soundtrack for inclusion in the video must be supplied a month prior to the wedding day in order to assist the editing process.

Prices may be subject to alteration; however this does not apply to customers who have agreed a package and submitted a completed booking form and deposit.

All wedding DVDs will be archived and available for a minimum of 3 years.

Sibson Images aim to produce a high standard wedding video at all times. All equipment is checked and cleaned on a regular basis. In the unlikely event of mechanical or human error Sibson Images will consider its impact on the video production.
(Please note there is always a small back-up camera available at the weddings that Sibson Images attend, so it is a very unlikely there will be a mechanical breakdown to both cameras).

A £150 deposit is required when submitting your booking form with full details of your wedding. In the event of a cancellation less than 6 months before your wedding date this deposit will be forfeited.

Payment of the outstanding balance is required four weeks prior to the wedding date. Please make cheques payable to “Melvyn Sibson”.

After you have received the edited DVD of your wedding please be aware you have 21 days to notify Sibson Images of any problems or production errors, including spelling errors or incorrect music tracks; we will aim to correct any such minor faults on notification.

Your wedding video production may take up to four weeks before editing is complete.

Travel costs: The first 100 miles is included as part of the price, any additional mileage will be charged at 40p a mile.

Video footage of your wedding may be featured on the Sibson Images website or sample DVD. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish any of the material from your wedding to be used in this way.
